Accessibility statement
Prepared: 13 October 2026
Last reviewed: 13 October 2026
Solutions + wants everyone to be able to find information about our services and contact us for help. This statement covers solutions-plus.co.uk, operated by SOLUTIONS+ LTD.
Using this website
We have designed the website with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.
The website includes:
- keyboard navigation and a visible indicator showing which link or control has focus;
- a link to skip straight to the main content;
- layouts that adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text;
- headings, labels and image descriptions to support assistive technology;
- text and controls designed to have clear colour contrast; and
- contact-form error messages that explain what needs correcting and link to the relevant field.
The main pages and contact form can be used without JavaScript. Tests of the pre-release build found that content remained usable at narrow widths and zoom levels up to the equivalent of 400%.
If you use Safari on a Mac, you may need to enable “Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage” in Safari's settings, or use Option + Tab to move through links.
What we have tested
The latest technical testing of the pre-release website was completed on 12 October 2026. It covered Home, What we do, About, Help4Homes, Contact and the not-found page, including the navigation and different contact-form states.
Checks included automated accessibility scans, keyboard navigation, zoom and reflow, text spacing, colour contrast, and simulations of high-contrast and reduced-motion settings. Browser-engine tests used Chromium, Firefox and WebKit, including a simulated phone viewport.
The automated scans reported no accessibility violations within their tested scope. Issues found during the technical review were corrected and checked again. No outstanding WCAG failures were identified by those checks.
Further testing
Automated and simulated checks cannot establish whether a website works well for everyone. The Solutions + team will carry out further checks on the deployed website as part of the wider pre-launch review.
Hands-on testing with screen readers, physical phones and tablets, Safari on Apple hardware and real Windows high-contrast themes remains outstanding. Our enquiry acknowledgement emails have not yet been tested with a screen reader. We will also check whether the contact form's error summary is announced more than once by some screen readers.
The privacy, cookies and accessibility pages, and the Cookiebot privacy controls, were not part of the build tested on 12 October. They will be included in the review of the completed website.
We are therefore not claiming full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance at this stage. We will update this statement as further testing is completed and address any barriers identified.

You can also use our contact form if that works for you.
Tell us which page or task caused a problem and what help you need. If you can, include the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. You do not need to tell us about a medical condition or disability to report a problem.
Our team will discuss how we can help you access the information or complete your enquiry.
Reviewing this statement
We will review this statement after further accessibility testing and when changes to the website affect how people use it.
