I started my career in social housing in 1989. I’ve now spent more than 35 years across construction, energy efficiency and government-funded retrofit.

That’s what the ‘Plus’ in our name stands for, and it runs through every stage of our work, from finding the households to assuring every improvement.
Looking beyond the installation
Installation is one stage of six. The work starts with the household, long before anything is installed.
- Understand the household. Advisers explain what is on offer, what it means and what happens next, in plain language, at the household’s pace.
- Identify the support needed. The property and the household’s needs are captured once, so nothing is asked twice and nothing gets missed.
- Find the right solution. Design under PAS 2035, the UK standard for whole-house retrofit, with the measures chosen for the property rather than the grant.

Our management team also brings experience across CERT, CESP, ECO and GBIS, on both the utility and delivery sides. We work to PAS 2035.
